Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and may be beyond our control.

Shipping Methods

Order Tracking

International Shipping

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nlnovelties.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for our records.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
